Counseling Services & Fees
What to Expect
Your first counseling session will involve an evaluation of your needs and treatment goals, and we can then decide if it is a good fit to continue working together. Psychotherapy or counseling is a large commitment of time, money, and energy, and you should feel comfortable working with the clinician you choose. Should we decide to continue working together, we will schedule a 50-minute session on a frequency that seems effective in meeting your goals.
Our Approach
We provide individual, couples, and family counseling services tailored to your unique needs. Our team believes you are the expert in your own life—we collaborate with you to address your challenges and build upon your individual strengths. We focus on your symptoms and goals, rather than a diagnostic label.
Our clinicians use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including:
- Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
- Trauma-informed and Trauma Model Therapy
- Motivational Interviewing (MI)
- Person-centered and humanistic approaches
- Solution-focused therapy
- Mindfulness-based techniques
- Psychodynamic therapy
We understand the mind-body connection and take a holistic approach to wellness. Our goal is to create a compassionate, safe environment where you can explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors—and work toward meaningful change in your quality of life.
Fees & Insurance
Rates vary by clinician. To view specific fees and accepted insurance plans, please visit each clinician's profile page.
We will ask you to provide your insurance information ahead of the first session so we can verify benefits and coverage.
For insurance plans we do not accept, we can provide a "super-billA super-bill is a detailed receipt that includes diagnosis codes, procedure codes, and payment information. You can submit it to your insurance company to request reimbursement for out-of-network services." to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. If this is something you are interested in, please let us know ahead of time. All providers also accept private pay. Payment for services are requested to be made with exact cash, check, or credit/debit card at the time of service. Payment plans available upon request.
Reduced Rate Options
If you do not currently have insurance and/or need reduced rates, please visit openpathcollective.org to see if you qualify. Open Path is a non-profit, member-based program that offers reduced rate psychotherapy sessions.
All of our clinicians at Wright Wellness work with Open Path members to further support the mission of more accessibility to mental health care in our communities. See our Reduced Rate page for more details.
Telehealth Available
Many of our clinicians offer telehealth services for clients who prefer virtual sessions. Telehealth can be a great option if you have a busy schedule, live farther from our office, or simply feel more comfortable in your own space.
Sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. All you need is a private space and a reliable internet connection.
Some of our clinicians provide telehealth-only services, while others offer both in-person and virtual options. Check individual clinician profiles for availability. Please note that telehealth services are only available to clients located in states where the clinician is licensed.
