Overview
Psychological assessment can be beneficial for many reasons, including clarification on diagnoses and treatment recommendations. If you have received a recommendation for assessment, please have that information available when contacting our office.
Assessments can vary depending on insurance coverage and the area of concern to be evaluated. The time and cost may also vary based on your specific needs. Please contact our office for more information on cost and scheduling.
Types of Assessment Available
We offer a variety of comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations:
Cognitive/Geriatric Assessments
Evaluation of cognitive impairment, dementia, and capacity concerns.
Intelligence Testing
Comprehensive evaluation of intellectual functioning and cognitive abilities.
Personality Assessments
In-depth evaluation of personality traits, patterns, and functioning.
Adult ADHD Evaluations
Comprehensive assessment for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder in adults.
Pre-surgical or Medical Treatment Evaluations
Psychological clearance and evaluation for medical procedures and treatments.
Fitness-for-Duty Evaluations
Return-to-work assessments to evaluate readiness to resume job responsibilities.
Immigration Evaluations

Adult Developmental Disability Assessments

Insurance & Payment
We will ask you to provide your insurance information ahead of the assessment appointment so we can verify benefits and coverage. If you prefer not to use your insurance for assessment, just let us know.
For insurance plans we do not accept, we can provide a "super-billA super-bill is a detailed receipt that includes diagnosis codes, procedure codes, and payment information. You can submit it to your insurance company to request reimbursement for out-of-network services." to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. If this is something you are interested in, please let us know ahead of time.
Payment for services is requested at the time of service via exact cash, check, or credit/debit card. Payment plans available upon request.
